“Humans have the innate ability to heal themselves. Too often we think that when we ache or are in pain we must always go elsewhere for treatment. This may be the case in acute injuries. Ultimately, there is much that we can do for ourselves on a daily basis to maintain our body’s optimal capacity in the form of stretches, releases and exercises. Even 15 minutes per day of focused and specific exercises can make a difference to our day to decrease pain and increase productivity.” -Anna

“My experience with Blackbird has been fantastic! Jodi (the Physio) identified other contributing factors to the condition (of my arms) and so referred me onto Anna (Kinesiologist) for some further diagnosis. Both Anna and Jodi are fantastic listeners and they compared notes to provide a real understanding of my issues. This integrated approach has really worked and the combination of exercises and treatments has really reduced my chronic pain condition. Can’t say enough good things about this clinic, would refer them to a friend or family in an instant!”
